Sixty Eight International is our answer to the UK’s, hospitality businesses’ skilled worker shortage. As we continue our revolution to grow the biggest hospitality network on the planet, there’s no way we could sit on our hands & watch this happen… so, pioneered by our Managing Director, Charlotte, we introduced a solution to match international talent with their dream roles in the UK. We now recruit from all over the world… Philippines, Poland, South Africa, India and Sri Lanka to name only a few. We do this by recruiting candidates directly or by using our international partner recruitment agencies – either way, we have access to the best global talent there is.

Although we recruit international talent for various roles we began by recruiting chefs for UK operators. Over the past 10 years, we’ve seen the demand for chefs continuously increase due to UK restaurant quality improving, guest expectations getting higher and an emphasis on moving to freshly prepared food and artisan techniques.

Chefs are the absolute life and soul of the hospitality industry. If you hire the perfect chef they could improve the guest experience of any venue. We just knew there were “perfect chefs” all around the globe not just in the UK & we made it our mission to find them.

Helping us to fulfil our mission to create the biggest hospitality network on the planet. Kath, head of Sixty Eight International is continuously developing our international recruitment strategy & using her industry-specific skills and knowledge as a force for good.

Kath fully understands the intricacies of not only choosing great employers but being able to assess the skill levels of each and every one of our candidates.

Working closely alongside Kath, Sarah has specialist knowledge of the international recruitment industry. With  over twenty years experience within hospitality, her wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry is truly amazing.

Who we've helped

THE PROCESS

Firstly, we identify client needs and arrange a first stage legal consultation. We then begin to search for ideal candidates, checking references and practical skills before introducing the two parties via zoom.

Following a successful interview process, we then complete the relevant visa applications before the candidate arrives in the UK with a 4-week post arrival check in for both client & candidate planned so we can continue to support.

SPONSOR LICENCES

We offer sponsor licence support, for businesses starting off in the process, we can guide you through step by step the application process.

Providing compliance audits for those who already hold a sponsor licence, to ensure Home Office obligations are met.

We can provide guidance on the management of the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) from applying for certificates of sponsorship to ongoing compliance requirements.

MAKING A MATCH

Once we understand the requirements of a UK operator we help identify what international pathway works best to find the perfect international talent for you.

Equally, we work with our international talent to understand their dream roles in the UK and we will introduce them to clients that meet all the necessary requirements to introduce skilled workers to their business.
