Talent Director
Leeds-born, now honorary Londoner, Matthew started his career in hotels moving into bars and restaurants when he discovered his flair for sales and events. You may well have crossed paths with him back in his All-Star Lanes days. Matt joined Sixty Eight with a bang (and a high kick) and become the manager of our very own sales and marketing division and heads up Team London!

Talent Manager
One of our London-based Talent Managers. Joining the London office in 2023 after a career in both hospitality and recruitment. Jack is happiest when surrounded by great food & engaging convos. He is admittedly the most competitive in the room though (play Monopoly with him at your own peril)
Oliver
Talent Consultant
Oliver started his hospitality crusade in his mum’s cafe in Essex. Until he got the taste of Michelin star & luxury dining without overlooking his love for fried chicken! He’s opened (and closed) a cocktail bar and had stints front of house and recently in sales & events. He’s now on a matchmaking mission for operators and superstar candidates.

One of our London-based Talent Consultants. Joining us from Revolution Bars where her hospo career started with glass collecting, progressing to management & eventually moving to recruitment.
