The Brief:

Following investment in 2017, Roxy Ball Room has multiple locations & ambition for Nationwide expansion. With two new sites planned to open in 2022. This meant a LOT of new superstars. Roxy Ball Room are professionals at play who bring the playground to the bar making it the perfect place to work for our job hunters…

Types of Roles:  

  • Site Level – General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Bar Managers, Front of House Teams
  • Central Level – Marketing Managers, Social Media Managers, Training & Development Managers, Operation Managers, Stock, Audit, and Compliance Managers.

Locations: Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Nottingham, Sheffield & Bristol.

The Action: 

Credibility is everything. We spent time understanding what’s needed for each role. A casual brand, lighthearted in spirit and they needed people to match. We built a great relationship and have become friends with the client. We love the informality. 

It was then time to start the search strategy. Ensuring no stone was left unturned when searching for their future dream team. Reaching out to relevant candidates to introduce the roles, learn about motivators, and explain the opportunity further.

Each potential candidate was assigned a 68LOCKER. A space for notes, hopes, emails, and dreams (and a lovely pic) and a recruitment mentor – a buddy, a friend, and an expert…
