What will you get up to...?
- Work closely with the Property Director on design vision and refurbishment projects
- Build strategic relationships with Designers on scheme
- Coordinate with Contractors/Suppliers to tender and price works
- Work within budgets guidelines through value engineering with contractors/supplier
- Deliver refurb projects on schedule adhering to budgets, standards and quality
- Carry out regular Property Maintenance surveys for existing estate
- Manage reactive maintenance schedule for existing estate
- Liaise with the Maintenance and Compliance Manager on ad-hoc maintenance requirements
