What will you get up to?
- Operational Management – overseeing the day to day operations of the sites, with a focus on standards, driving efficiencies and guest satisfaction
- Be on your Financials – managing budgets, labour, stock and expenses for your sites, analysing the financials and deliver the best quality with the best margins.
- Performance Analysis – looking at KPIS & ops data ti drive performance and standards, to identifiy opportunities for improvements.
