What you’ll get up to?
As operations manager, you will:
- Oversee 7-8 sites across the UK.
- Be passionate about the development of people.
- Be instrumental in developing the companies culture.
- Be accountable for the overall profitability of the sites.
- Work closely with general managers to ensure world class hospitality is being delivered in each site.
- Work both strategically and operationally and have excellent financial acumen.
