  • 25 days holiday (+ your birthday off – they’ll even throw in the cake)
  • Training and development
  • Access to wellness and benefits platform
  • A front-row seat in one of the most exciting experiential businesses out there
  • Working with a team that actually enjoys what they do

Who are they?

Two of the most epic experiential entertainment brands in the UK (and growing fast globally). Think axe throwing, augmented reality darts, escape rooms, VR, and games that get your heart racing.

What will you get up to?

We’re looking for someone who understands the power of people leadership, thrives in dynamic environments, and can flex across diverse business cultures.

Reporting into the HR Director, you’ll be a key partner across venues and head office, providing trusted support on everything from HR compliance to cultural development and coaching. You'll work closely with an external HR provider while leading the delivery of operational HR and building confidence across management teams.

  • Acting as the primary liaison with an external HR partner on all ER matters
  • Advising managers on day-to-day HR queries with a practical, people-first approach
  • Supporting both venue and head office teams across a broad range of HR matters
  • Ensuring compliance: contract reviews, policy updates, absence tracking, and ER case logging
  • Continuously improving HR processes, documentation, and systems
  • Building trusted relationships across the business, from front-line to leadership
  • Coaching managers and building their capability as confident people leaders

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has generalist HR experience ideally in hospitality, leisure, or multi-site operations
  • Is confident handling ER, employment law, policy creation, and compliance
  • Has experience working with young, energetic, late-night teams (wet-led experience is a plus)
  • Holds a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Can balance empathy with pragmatism in emotionally charged and high-pressure environments
