What will you do?
- Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced, premium environment.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, using fresh ingredients.
- Take full ownership of kitchen operations, including food safety, hygiene, stock control, and cost management.
- Work closely with FOH and management teams to ensure seamless service and an outstanding guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Drive efficiency without compromising quality, using data to inform decisions and improve kitchen performance.
