Who are they?
Liverpool’s original street food pioneers are teaming up with Independent Birmingham & local street food hero’s Buddha Belly to bring the very best of Brum - and they’re bringing the full experience with them!

Already a smash hit in the North West, this concept blends independent food traders, DJ-led good vibes, craft drinks, and a 500 capacity space over two floors - all wrapped up in high energy and creativity.

Think seven independent kitchens run by Brum’s very best restaurants and top chefs, including a dessert and coffee bar, alongside two in-house bars, a packed event schedule, and DJs playing from the mezzanine under a giant disco ball.

It’s a place where local legends meet foodie icons, and they’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to lead the charge.

Who are you?
You’re a high-volume, hospitality-savvy General Manager with big personality and even bigger operational chops.

You’ll need experience running a venue turning over £2.5mil+ per year, leading a team of 30+, and a deep love for hospitality done right. Bonus points if you know Birmingham’s indie scene inside out.

You’ll be:

  • On top of stock, GP, and labour - full wet P&L ownership
  • The face of the venue - visible, hands-on, and the go-to for staff, guests, and vendors alike
  • Cool under pressure - DJs spinning, traders cooking, crowds flowing — you’ve got it
  • Solution-focused - when things go off-script (they will), you stay calm and fix fast
  • A top-tier communicator - directors, traders, team… everyone’s in the loop

You'll be supported by an AGM, two bar managers, two floor managers, and a cracking head bartender.

You’ll be reporting into a hands-on ops team, and you’ll have a huge say in how the venue runs. No corporate nonsense - just good people doing good work, the right way.
