THE ROLE

They are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to lead and enhance their food and beverage operations. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences while driving commercial performance.

• Extensive senior experience in F&B leadership within a luxury or upscale hospitality setting.
• A proven track record in team leadership, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong commercial awareness with an eye for innovation and quality improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of current food and drink trends.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or equivalent professional experience.
