This is a brand-new opening from one of London’s most exciting hospitality groups, led by a team with a track record of creative, values-driven venues. The concept celebrates the bold flavours and convivial spirit of northern Spain, with a focus on open-fire cooking, sharing plates, and the best of British and European produce. With a large open kitchen, private dining, and a vibrant terrace, this is a venue designed for lively gatherings and memorable experiences. What you’ll get up to
- Play a key role in the pre-opening journey: recruiting and training your team, setting up systems, and helping shape the venue’s culture and standards
- Set the tone for service and team culture through calm, people-first leadership and unwavering standards
- Oversee all daily operations, including rotas, stock, labour control, and internal audits
- Champion both people and process, ensuring smooth systems and a motivated, well-supported team
- Build a collaborative partnership with the Head Chef, aligning on communication, P&L, and service delivery
- Bring energy, warmth, and a sense of occasion to every shift, making the venue a destination for both guests and staff
