What you'll get up to?

Support the Head Chef in running a high-volume kitchen, leading by example on the pass and during service.

Take ownership of daily operations including ordering, prep, stock control, and team rotas.

Be a key driver of training and development for junior chefs, fostering a culture of excellence.

Play a hands-on role in menu development and seasonal updates.

Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
