A dynamic and fast- rowing hospitality investment company is seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead its development and hotel/asset management operations.
The company is starting by delivering two exciting luxury hotel projects, with a long-term ambition to grow a diversified portfolio of high- performing hospitality hotel assets across the region in the luxury lifestyle space.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality developments, shaping future investments, and optimizing the performance of assets over the long term.
What You'll Do:
- To start with, lead the delivery of two significant hotel development projects through to successful launch and profitable operation
- Develop and execute the company’s broader strategy across development, construction, and asset management
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities to grow the portfolio through acquisitions, repositioning, or new builds
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and project financing with a sharp eye on ROI
- Implement best-in-class hotel asset management practices to maximise performance
- Build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring alignment across functions
- Act as a key point of contact for investors, hotel operators, consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Champion innovation and sustainability across all aspects of the business
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality operations/development, ideally preopening construction, and hotel management company experience.
- A proven track record delivering hotel projects on time and within budget.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive asset profitability.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations, investment analysis, and project financing.
- Experience negotiating complex contract packages.
- A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills.
