We’re excited to be recruiting a Head of Operations for a dynamic, fast-growing hospitality operator with a bold vision. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced operator who values autonomy, creativity, and leadership rooted in people. You’ll play a key role in growing the business while maintaining the highest standards of consistency and culture.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading operational performance and consistency across all sites
• Building and inspiring teams who are passionate about hospitality and guest experience
• Setting and maintaining high standards in service, compliance, and efficiency
• Collaborating on business strategy, growth, and new site openings
• Delivering an exceptional employee experience by recognising and celebrating success
• Driving continuous improvement in operational processes and culture

Who we’re looking for:

• An experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in fresh food environment
• Proven success in managing growth, volume, and delivering creative operational solutions
• A natural people leader who prioritises team wellbeing and development
• Someone with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to operational excellence
• A confident, inspirational leader who leads by example

Salary: £70,000–£90,000 depending on experience.
