About you?
You’re a food-led Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous ready to step up. You love a service. You thrive on a pass. But you also get the bigger picture: costings, wage %, leadership, calm energy, respect for your crew. You’re creative - but you’re not cooking for ego.
You’re organised - but not robotic. You’re human. Honest. Someone who’ll bring energy and care to a kitchen that’s ready to level up.
