You won’t be stuck behind a clipboard — you’ll be on the floor, in the kitchen, and part of the team. Learning everything from labour control and team profitability, to what it really takes to run a high-performing café.
What you’ll get up to?
- Float between sites across Bristol & Bath, supporting GMs and stepping into the rhythm of each café.
- Learn on the job, from leadership and systems to service and standards.
- Setting the tone: high standards, good vibes, and a people-first approach.
Working closely with the General Managers to keep the site thriving and community-connected. - Build brand knowledge and earn trust, from the kitchen team to the front door.
- Lead with empathy and energy - coaching others while staying curious yourself.
- Be proactive, independent, and full of initiative - the kind of leader who makes things happen.
