What you’ll get up to?
- Support the general manager with the successful running of site operations
- Help to recruit, train and develop a kick-ass team
- Manage internal development and succession planning of a team of over 50 staff
- Drive sales through delivering exceptional experiences as well as constantly seeking new opportunities
