HR Business Partner - ER Focus – 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

What will you get up to?
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, with strong employee relations expertise.
- Confidence in advising and pushing back on senior stakeholders.
- Skilled at coaching managers and handling difficult conversations with credibility and trust.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and complex ER case management.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of cases.
- Personable, credible, and able to build trust quickly.
- CIPD qualification is a plus but not essential.
- Ready to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
- Comfortable managing some admin, reporting, and project work alongside ER responsibilities.
