What you’ll get up to
- Lead from the front by setting the tone for service and team culture through calm, people-first leadership and high standards.
- Run the day-to-day operations including rotas, stock management, labour control, and internal audits.
- Champion both people and process, ensuring smooth systems and a motivated, well-supported team.
- Build a collaborative and respectful working relationship with the Head Chef, aligning on communication, P&L, and service delivery.
