WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO :
- Act as the main client liaison, building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Coordinate client meetings to review service delivery and address feedback.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and enforce operational policies to align with company and client standards.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health standards across all locations.
- Assist with managing budgets, control costs, and meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with chefs and clients to create tailored menus.
- Conduct regular site audits to maintain quality and compliance.
YOUR DNA:
- Proven experience in a management role, ideally in hotels, events or contract catering.
- Strong understanding of client needs with excellent communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of hospitality and retail, combined with financial expertise.
- Commitment to health, safety, and food safety standards.
