WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO :

• Act as the main client liaison, building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Coordinate client meetings to review service delivery and address feedback.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Develop and enforce operational policies to align with company and client standards.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health standards across all locations.
• Assist with managing budgets, control costs, and meet financial objectives.
• Collaborate with chefs and clients to create tailored menus.
• Conduct regular site audits to maintain quality and compliance.

YOUR DNA:

• Proven experience in a management role, ideally in hotels, events or contract catering.
• Strong understanding of client needs with excellent communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of hospitality and retail, combined with financial expertise.
• Commitment to health, safety, and food safety standards.
