They are now on the look out for an experienced operations manager to come on board to lead the teams in the North.
What will you get up to?
As operations manager, you will:
·Oversee 7 sites from Durham to Chester.
·Be present – you will be expected to be present during evenings and on weekends.
·Be accountable for the overall profitability of the sites.
·Work closely with general managers to ensure world class hospitality is being delivered in each site.
·Identify sales opportunities for all sites, you will need to have examples ready from previous experience
·Have a great eye for detail and ensure high standards are being met.
·Work both strategically and operationally and have excellent financial acumen
