We are looking for their next superstar Reception manager, which will be guest experience focused, looking after the FOH team and working closely with the front office manager.

You will support the brand standards, training and development and maximise sales opportunities. You will make excellent relationships and connections with all guests by creating unforgettable experiences that will reflect in meeting budgeted targets.

YOUR DNA:

·Experience with property and reservations management systems, ideally Opera.
·Experience managing a team in a Front Office Environment
·Passionate about hospitality and about creating the perfect guest journey.
·Proven record of meeting KPIs and improving quality results
