What you’ll get up to:
- You will win the hearts and minds of the team by delivering an exceptional employee experience from start to finish.
- Lead initiatives that align with the people strategy, building trust, boosting employee engagement, and strengthening leadership skills.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to support all areas of HR.
- Be the go-to person for Employee Relations and proactively address issues.
- Champion employee engagement, full of ideas and with an eye for identifying opportunities.
- Lead projects that support the business.
