Innovative flavours and fresh ingredients – roasted, marinated, pickled or fermented – delivering something exciting and unique is top of the menu. A growing group, led by two founders, this group are going places, and have a pipeline of sites to showcase exactly that. Currently building out their support team, this role is vital to shaping the future of the business as it continues to thrive.
What will you get up to?
- Establish yourself as the go-to person for both your site teams, and other stakeholders in the business – building out strong relationships across the group.
- Futureproofing – Lead, coach and develop your managers to support in succession planning for their team members. The people truly are the future of this group.
- Driving operational efficiency – you will analyse, review and audit processes and systems across the business to ensure that sites run smoothly whilst upholding the values of the business.
- Sales and profitability – you will have a head for numbers to support your managers in upselling, delivering successful promotions, whilst managing the business KPIs and financial targets.
- Get stuck in – this role is where the boardroom and the front line meet – you will support the founders in future planning for the business, and be equally as happy supporting the teams in the sites day to day.
