What to expect?
- Feed the Strategy – you will constantly be shaping the business with ideas that matter and guidance from your experience in the industry.
- Lead the department – being the stopping point for the brand, corporate, and agency managers alike.
- Innovation – develop and conceptualise new ways to keep the group at the forefront of everyone’s minds.
- Managing Stakeholders – working at all levels of the business to understand your sales team and how to best develop and progress them.
What’s for you?
- Salary of 60-65K
- 40% Bonus OTE
- 25 days off + Bank Holidays + option to purchase 5 additional days
