What will you get up to?
- Drive proactive sales across the group delivering a strong christmas 2024 and setting the group up for success in 2025.
- Building the full sales strategy for the group across their estate, readying them for new locations across the country.
- Train and develop the existing team – widening their skillset to ensure the full sales mix is covered.
- Working closely with the senior leadership team on the wider business trategy.
