You’ll be a passionate Head Chef looking to push yourself and deliver the highest quality at some serious pace. Having experience working in a fully fresh food kitchen will be essential for this one.
What you’ll get?
- Salary up to £46,000 dependent on relevant experience, plus tronc

What you’ll get up to?
- You’ll have creative freedom over the menu – they have their staples but there is always room for specials and seasonal changes.
- You’ll support and develop your kitchen team. This is a biggie for these guys – they’re looking for a leader.
- You’ll be responsible for all BOH financials including budgets, rotas and stocks.
