Who are they?
This stunning venue combines an incredible health club & spa with a beautiful pan-Asian restaurant. An independent concept where your ideas matter. They are now looking for a Head Chef to take over the site, bringing creativity, ideas and good food.
A culture and people led individual that will overlook the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, developing his team and leading by example.
What will you get up to?
- Have full control over the kitchen operations, leading the restaurant like it was your own.
- Be a great leader, with a passion for training and developing the team.
- Be organised and creative. Your ideas will matter.
Your DNA:
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and in general pan-Asian cooking.
- Skilled in sushi-rolls making.
