What will you get up to?
***High volumes experience is essential. Stadium, arena or multiple fast casual concessions***
- Operational responsibilities for running concession kitchens.
- Managing high volume and big teams.
- Extensive knowledge of health & safety, food safety & hygiene.
- An understanding of the business P&L.
- Develop and train the team and ensuring their engagement.
- Lead from the front – exceptional standards are a must!
