What will you get up to?
Responsible for driving growth of the business by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, customer service skills, and a strong understanding of the food service and catering industry.
- Identify new business opportunities within corporate, social, and event catering markets.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and outreach to potential clients.
- Develop and present proposals and pricing strategies to secure contracts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and implement business development strategies.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market insights.
Your DNA
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
