- Training and supervising the team.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Customer loyalty and development
- Support the General Manager in meeting financial targets, including sales, labor costs, and inventory management.
- Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability by minimising waste and sourcing responsibly.
- Contribute to the development of initiatives that align with the restaurants values and mission.
